* The BA will identify, rationalize, and document reporting requirements.
* The BA will also translate reporting requirements into functional specifications which detail the approach taken to address and resolve business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PROJECT MANAGER:
” The PM develops, sells, and implements project plans.
” The PM interacts with business users to gather and validate requirements and develop detailed specifications and designs.
” The PM will lead an on site and off-shore team for new application development.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A WEB SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR:
* 3+ years experience in a Microsoft network environment with extensive application support experience.
* Practical knowledge of network protocols/standards, Microsoft operating systems, and hardware/hardware concepts.
* Knowledge of Microsoft services, service based application technologies, and IIS 6.0 / 7.0 management and web server related technologies.
* Good understanding of .NET framework based applications and how they integrate with Microsoft core components.
* Good understanding of Microsoft SQL infrastructure as well as SQL Database connectivity methodologies (DSN, ODBC, .NET, UDL, OLEDB, ADO).
* 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
